Tavish Pattanayak

I am a PhD student in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech , working as a graduate researcher in the ASDL (Aerospace System Design Lab) under Prof. Dimitri Mavris. My research interests include design optimization, aerodynamics, human factors, and uncertainty quantification.

Currently, my research is on Uncertainty Quantification for the Electrified Propulsor Flight Demonstrator Program sponsored by NASA. Concurrently I also explore policy issues relating to space and aerospace. Previously, I graduated with a Masters in Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, wherein I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant on Real-time Visualization of Simulation Results using Animation Tools for racecars sponsored by an automotive OEM.
